World wide book of record by Dr. Prakash Soni , Yoga faculty of Shri S K Somaiya Vinay mandir Jr college

Dr Prakash Soni,a yoga exponent, ensures the wellness of the mind ,body and soul within the  Somaiya campus. He has won many accolades for his body of work over the years.  He has been guiding celebrities for over a decade. He has created a niche for himself with his unique approach to teaching and propagation of yoga. The most recent one being  a world record created for holding the longest Baddha padmasana. This is indeed a very proud moment for the entire Somaiya community and especially  all of us at Vinay mandir.
