Name of the Position : Assistant Badminton Coach

Qualification : HSC (must have played Badminton at a DSO/ District Level)

Experience : 2 years

CTC (Per month) : 35,000 per month

Employment Tenure : 2 Years

Position will report to: Deputy Manager – Technical and Administration

Job Description:

1. To lead the assigned team of Badminton coaches to develop Badminton at Somaiya Sports Academy .
2. To set goals for various teams at Somaiya Sports Academy
3. To train & revaluate the assigned coaches on time-to-time basis.
4. To Conduct Coaches workshops for continuous development of the coaches.
5. To train elite teams assigned by Somaiya Sports Academy in order to achieve goals assigned by SSA
6. To prepare session calendar along with the coach for assigned teams/players of SSA
7. To plan Somaiya Sports Academy coaching programs for people outside Somaiya.
8. To develop & maintain good relationship with relevant badminton associations.
9. To represent SSA at all events inside & outside Somaiya.
10. To complete the required documentation for all affiliations and registrations of team & players.
