Job Description

 

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with First class.

Essential:- Typing speed in English minimum 40 wpm and Proficiency in Computer Operations.

Required Experience: Minimum five years of  working experience in a College or Industry

  • Preparation of Railway concession, issue of Mark sheets and degree Certificate to the students at the student counter.

  • Perform routine clerical duties in support of the administrative office.

  • Communicate and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, teachers, and other staff.

  • Type 40 words per minute with speed and accuracy, take customized print and write legibly.

  • Assist in preparing interoffice memos and drafting emails.

  • Reconcile department budget and generate reports.

  • Should have knowledge of Establishment & Admissions.

  • Should be well versed with all leave rules, pay-scale related Govt rules.

  • To maintain the college record of important documents

  • Office typing work and any other work assigned by the higher authority.

Key Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel /Advance Excel and MS word.
