Job Description

 

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree Preferable Master Degree from Recognised University or Equivalent

Required Experience:

  1. Minimum 3 years exeprience as Assistant in Recognised University or Equivalent Institution in any Central/State/Private University/PSU/Autonomous Educational Institution OR Equivalent position

  2. Proficiency in Computer Operation relevant to NAD systems, ABC office & University Systems
  3. Experience in Working in ABC office with skill & Capability of Uploading minimum 10000-20000 Records Per year
  4. Experience in Working in ABC office with skill & Capabilty of creating 5000-10000 Students account per year

Salary: Pay Scale 9300-34800, Grade Pay 4800 Level 7 (S16-S18)

Job Description:

Section Officer is responsible for collecting exam records from Controller of Examination office Convert the same to CSV/Acceptable Software Format, do data updation & complete uploading under the specification of NODAL OFFICER of NAD/ABC, Section officer coordinate opening of Student ABC/NAD account along with Admission department of all section/constituent colleges under the specification of NODAL OFFICER of NAD/ABC, Section Officer is responsible for maintaining discipline in the Section, distribution of work among the staff management & co-ordination of the work and issuance of letters.

Key Skills

Writing, Translation in English, Hindi & Marathi Language.

Online Portal & Software Skills
