Executive Assistant to Registrar

Job Description

Designation: Executive Assistant to Registrar.

 

Age: below 45 years

 

Nature of Employment: 2 years Contract (Renewal will be purely based on performance).

 

Salary - 25,000 to 30,000 per month

 

Requisite Experience:

3 Years of regular service in similar position/ equivalent/ stenographer – with University / Research Establishment / Central State Govt. / PSU/ equivalent post in a reputed private institute.

 

Requisite Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with good command in Marathi, English & Hindi.

 

Other Specific Skill Sets Required for the Role:

  • Speed in English Typing @35 wpm / speed in Marathi typing @30 wpm & Proficiency in Computer operations.
  • Experience in preparing confidential / regular correspondences, itineraries, agenda of meetings, minutes, compiling & filing of documents and responsible to attend to outside visitors & maintain diary / logbook.

 

Job Description:

  • Candidate is required to work closely with the Registrar of the University. She/he will be responsible for preparing confidential correspondences, itineraries, agenda of meetings and compiling & filing of documents.
  • Candidates will support the Registrar and update on upcoming meetings, commitments and follow up appropriately.
  • Candidates will be working on drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks.
  • She/he will be responsible for communicating agenda / intimations to all relevant members in consultation with the senior staff.
  • Candidates will assist in day-to-day administrative activities
  • Any other duty that may be assigned to her/him during working hours.
