Somaiya FC’s U-16 team showcased absolute dominance at the Monsoon Mayhem Football Tournament, clinching the title in style.
In the nail-biting final, Somaiya FC battled SVVM to a 1-1 draw before securing a 5-3 victory in penalties. Goalkeeper Vinay Pagar stood tall as the Man of the Match, delivering an exceptional performance, including a crucial penalty save.
The championship journey was nothing short of extraordinary as Somaiya FC remained unbeaten, scoring a remarkable 42 goals while conceding only 2 goals across 7 matches.
